How I got here
I was told by a boss once that I had the IT Factor. The thing is, I wasn’t born with it - I fucking developed it. My journey, maybe like yours, was a hard one, but I found a way to thrive.
I’ve spent over 20 years sharpening my edge in the corporate world - 15 of those with a Fortune 100 company, and the last 8 as the head of analytics for a department with a three-quarters-of-a-billion-dollar annual budget. I’ve built analytical teams from the ground up, turned blue collar employees into high performing professionals, and used my skills to steer powerful business decisions. I’ve presented to every kind of executive out there, and learned the hard way that influence and executive presence have nothing to do with your job title or how many people are under you.
Personally, I’ve been through the kind of hell they never warn you about in any business book. I know what it’s like to be burned out, unseen, and stuck at rock bottom. Years ago, I hit my limit - desperate for something other than the life I was living. Instead of letting those circumstances bury me, I decided to rebuild. That process wasn’t pretty or fast. I did the work. I faced myself. I confronted my beliefs and my limited view of the world. I went through hell but rewired my identity from the inside out.
What did I learn? Presence, influence, and success aren’t handed to you - they’re built when you stop trying to survive and start choosing to lead and thrive every damn day. I decided to create the life I wanted to live. Today, I show driven professionals like you how to stand out, influence any room and any audience, and grow unshakable confidence right where you are.
I love who I am and how I show up. No more hiding. No apologies. And here’s the truth: if I can find my fire, so can you.
